Details on conditions and process for fee refunds

Reason Cancelled by Refund (Self Finance Learners)
Student application is cancelled University Full refund of Program Fee and Examination Fee & Registration Fee
Program has been cancelled University Full refund of Program Fee, Examination Fee and Registration Fee.
Refund applicable for the academic session 2024-2025.
a) All cancellations of admission/migrations of students upto 31st March 2025
Student/University Full refund of All fees
b) Upto 30th April 2025 - Full refund of All fees with a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing fee
c) For any admission schedule extending / commencing beyond / after 30th April 2025 -
100% 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission.
90% of all fees, less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission.
80% of all fees, 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission.
50% of all fees, 30 days or less but more than 15 days after formally notified date of admission.
Any other cases over and above post commencement:
a) Student fails to pay subsequent semester fees
b) Student detained because of backlogs
c) Student if paid Yearly / All Year Program Fee
Student/University 0%, More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission.
